Figure 8: Collaboration network of One Health ...

Data for Figure 8 which displays the collaboration network of institutions that published One Health research between 2012 and 2024.

Institutions (nodes, with size proportional to the number of publications) are linked by edges based on the number of collaborative outputs, with thicker lines indicating a higher number of papers. Nodes are grouped according to geographic continent (see legend).

Edge weight is equal to the number of One Health publications they collaborated on.

Nodes have the following attributes:

• Label – the name of the institution

• global_count – total number of One Health publications

• country – The country where the institution is based

• continent – the continent where the institutions is based

• designation - global north or global south

• community – clusters of institutions (Louvain communities with resolution=1.0)
